Review:
I was hunting for a sweet-smelling body lotion, which is non-sticky and fragrant and that’s when I made a trip to The Body Shop. I tried the Strawberry Puree Body Lotion tester in the store and it was then that I decided to buy it.

The body lotion has a smooth texture and has this really delicious strawberry fragrance which makes you want to lick it, which is no wonder why it has these words behind “Not to be Consumed”.

Putting the lotion after a hot bath feels like some sort of pampering treatment, but if you don’t like strong fruity smells, then this may not be for you.

So what’s the review?

Pros:
Non-oily, it doesn’t feel like some thick butter on your skin
Suitable for normal skin
Pleasant strawberry scent – not artificial, just right
Smooth texture and lightweight – it moisturizes immediately and leaves skin soft
Not over-priced and it comes in a classy pump bottle

Cons:
Not suitable for extra dry skin
Moisturizing doesn’t last for long, it’s more of a puree
Fragrance can be strong for some

The bottom line – With a price tag of approx $12 for 250ml, this Body Shop goodie is a treat indeed for fruity-fragrance lovers. It provides you with the moisturizing you require and will surely leave your skin sweet-smelling and soft.
