Benefit claim that their ‘They’re Real’ mascara adds length, curls and even separates the lashes. Hydroxyethylcellulose, phenoxyethanol, paraffin, polybutene, water (aqua), styrene/acrylates/ammonium methacrylate, tetrasodium edta, butylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, calcium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, tilia tomentosa bud extract, citric acid, bht, sorbic acid and more.
Review:
Benefit They’re Real was easy to put on and added length almost instantly. The formula allows the mascara to stay on for long periods of time and does not need to be touched up once it has been applied. The brush that comes with the kit reached tough areas, such as the inner lashes towards the corners of the eye.
Pros:
- Makes the lashes appear longer and healthier.
- Lifts the lashes and keeps them separate.
- A good brush helps evenly spread the mascara.
Cons:
- The mascara can be tough to remove.
- With too many layers, it could start clumping together.
Our Rating: 3/5
They’re Real is a good mascara for most people, but the fact that it could clump together on application of multiple layers is a drawback.
